Under my divorce agreement my wife moved out of state without notifying the Florida court system or myself. The agreement was she would return to Florida after summer.
She still has not. I am trying to get my 3 boys for the holidays but she is refusing to pay her half.
Answer to Florida Child Visitation Question
Dear Kenneth,
If your ex-wife has violated the divorce agreement as it is stated in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage with Dependent or Minor Children and has not complied with the Final Judgment regarding visitation, you can file a Motion for Civil Contempt/Enforcement Form at your circuit court.
Follow the instruction on this form carefully, and seek the advice of a lawyer. It may be very difficult to get a positive outcome without clear legal advice. Interstate child visitation disputes can be very complicated.
